PRIMARY REGION
Regions allow organizations to better manage multiple event sites
Every organization must have at least 1 region
Every Region must have at least 1 site
Each Region must designate 1 site as the Regional HQ
Example Region Scenario
Example: Johnnys Bar & Grille has 20 locations in Florida
Tampa: 5 locations
Orlando: 7 locations
Miami: 8 locations
Organization:
Johnnys creates 3 regions: Tampa, Orlando, Miami
Johnnys adds all 20 "sites" to their respective Regions
One site in each Region is designed as the Region HQ
Administration:
Johnnys doesn't want to one person to manage EVERYTHING, so they create and assign different level managers to each region and site.
Each Region is assigned a "Regional Administrator"
Each Regional Administrator assigns an individual "Site Manager" per site
The Site Manager creates/manages all events at that location
Occassionally, the Site Manager assigns an "Event Manager" to manage a specific event.
Hosting Events
Each Site Manager sets up their own recurring or solo events
Once per quarter, each Region hosts a Regional, multi-site Event
A Regional Event takes place at all or specific Sites within the Region
User checkins can be restricted to once per event, or once per location per event
Once a year, Johnnies hosts a National Event at multiple sites across multiple regions
Invoicing and Billing
Each Region is its own cost code
All Site Events within each Region are summarized in a single invoice
The invoice is emailed to and charged to the Regional HQ
All Site Managers receive a copy of the Invoice (Billing Settings)
